Kuzovalwa Zonke Izintuba Zokuxhumana Nabasebenzi Asebeshayisile
EZABASEBENZI: I-Australia izoba izwe lokuqala ukuphasisa umthetho okubhekeke ukuthi wehlise ingcindezi ebhekana nabasebenzi uma sebeshayisile emsebenzini. Lesigatshana somthetho esizongena ngaphansi kwemigomo elawula ezokusebenza kuleliya zwe sibizwa nge ‘Right to disconnect’.
I ‘Right to disconnect’ inika abasebenzi amandla okuvala izingcingo zabo nakho konke okuqhubeza ukuxhumana nabaqashi uma besemakhaya. Ikomiti lomnyango wezabasebenzi e-Australia selisesigabeni sokugcina sokuphothula ukushicilelwa kwalo mthetho.

Njengoba bekulindelekile inhlangano yabaqashi i-Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) ayihambisani nalo mthetho njengoba ithi uzolimaza ubudlelwane phakathi kwabaqashi nabasebenzi.
